For over 20 years I've dedicated my life to guiding people to break free from anxiety that's kept them stuck. My journey began in nursing where I witnessed firsthand how the mind and body are deeply interconnected — and how trauma literally lives in the nervous system.

Through years of training in energy healing and bodywork — including Reiki, IET, Massage Therapy, and Therapeutic Touch — I developed a deep understanding of how anxiety and trauma are held in the body, and how to guide clients to release them at the source.
